Policies
  • Business Hours
    Normal business hours are 7:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. For convenience, a message will be recorded whenever we are out of the office and your call will be returned promptly.
  • Service Times
    It is the policy of HAS Images to produce orders on a first received schedule. Our "Normal Service" does not include time required for pick-up, delivery, or special shipping arrangements. For large projects requiring multiple services, please call the laboratory as soon as details are available. Changes and additions to orders will be accomodated without charge whenever possible. However, additional charges could result if your order is already in production.
  • Approval Prints
    Subjective judgement is commonly used to determine acceptability of color prints. When time permits, approval contact prints are encouraged to insure customer satisfaction. The approval prints are given top priority in our laboratory to expedite satisfactory completion of the order.
  • Reorders
    Because photographic processing is complex and the spectral response and reflectance characteristics of photographic materials are significant variables, it is not always possible to match prints from previous orders. When additional prints are requested from films that have already been printed, please include a sample print and we will match it as closely as possible.
  • Terms
    If you would like to establish an open account with HAS Images, Inc., please request a credit application. Customers with approved credit will be invoiced upon shipment of each order. Our terms are net 30 days from date of invoice with a 2% monthly service charge for invoices outstanding over 30 days. For customers who do not have an open account with HAS Images, Inc. or prefer to pay at time of order, we will accept pre-payment by check or ship via COD carrier. MC/VISA and American Express are also accepted.
  • Limit of Liability
    The employees of HAS Images, Inc. are experienced photographic technicians who are given instruction on the procedures for preventing damage to photographic images. However, submitting any film, print, slide or negative to HAS Images, Inc. for processing, printing or any other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT by the sender that any damage or loss, even by our negligence, will entitle the sender to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by HAS Images, Inc. of this film, print, slide, or negative is without other warranty or liability.
